Our Story & Teams

ASL Inspire Biz (Business)

Since its establishment on January 27th, 2022, our group has been dedicated to supporting the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Community in various aspects of their business. Whether they are just starting out or have already gained experience, our goal is to help them thrive by providing guidance on business growth, effective communication with customers, and useful tools. We also welcome Deaf owned business or business consultants who are looking for a side job while being at home with their children or family. They can seek assistance on how to improve and succeed in multiple ways. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of self-care, mental health, and self-love, as these aspects play a crucial role in staying motivated and focused on their business. Our purpose is to offer support and provide comfort, encouraging individuals to step out of their comfort zones.

We have Facebook Group for business and consultant.

The Founder.

Hey everyone,

I am so excited to share a little bit about myself with you all. My name is Jossie, and I am a proud California native. I come from a loving family, and I am the only Deaf member. I also have the joy of being a mom to four beautiful children.

For the past decade, I have been running my own small business, specializing in handmade and boutique items. It has been such a rewarding experience, and I have also had the opportunity to work as a consultant for various companies.

Spirituality is a big part of my life, and I am rooted in Wiccan practices. I have a strong connection to the Universe and spirituality, and it brings so much peace and fulfillment to my life. I have also gained technology skills through my uncle's business, where he works as a Web Designer and Marketing professional.

When I am not working, I love to spend my free time reading, hiking, meditating, camping, fishing, and so much more. I have a deep appreciation for nature and all the beauty it has to offer.

On June 26, 2021, I became a Stroke Survivor, and I must admit that it has been a tough journey. But I am determined to overcome the challenges and keep moving forward. I am so grateful for the love and support of my family and friends, and I know that I am strong enough to face whatever comes my way.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I am so grateful for the opportunity to share a little piece of my life with you all. Here's to embracing every moment and living life to the fullest.

With love and gratitude,

Jocelyn Ritchie

Hey there, everyone! I'm Lacy Jay, and I am so excited to share a little bit about myself with you. I am a proud Pennsylvania resident and have been a Scentsy Consultant for over three years now. Being a mother of two, I fully embrace the boho lifestyle, and I have a passion for collecting plants, crystals, and spiritual items.

When it comes to colors, I absolutely adore mustard, terracotta, sage, and beige - they never fail to bring me joy. You'll always find me with a coffee mug in hand, as I am a coffee enthusiast who loves experimenting with different flavors.

If you have any more questions about me, feel free to ask! In addition to my work as a Scentsy Consultant, I am also a Co-Founder of ASL Inspire Biz. I am truly passionate about what I do and love connecting with others who share similar interests.

I can't wait to connect with all of you and share more about my journey and experiences. Stay tuned for more updates and feel free to reach out to me anytime! Cheers to new beginnings and exciting adventures ahead!

Hey there, graphic design enthusiasts and business owners! I'm thrilled to share my story with you and introduce you to Zevanna Design. My name is Ana, and I am a Deaf graphic designer and marketer based in sunny Southern California.

Despite facing some unique challenges as a Deaf individual, I have never let my disability hold me back from pursuing my passion for art and design. In fact, I have channeled my experiences into creating a business that serves both the Deaf and Hearing communities with top-notch graphic design services.

At Zevanna Design, I am dedicated to providing creative and effective design solutions that help businesses stand out and succeed. Whether it's logo design, branding, or marketing materials, I work closely with my clients to ensure their vision is brought to life in a way that resonates with their target audience.

I am also currently studying for a B.F.A. in Graphic Design with a focus on Marketing, and I am constantly pushing myself to explore new avenues in the design world. From mobile app design to webpage layout, I am always looking for ways to expand my skill set and offer even more value to my clients.

In addition to my work as a graphic designer, I am also a volunteer photographer and enjoy pursuing photography as a hobby. I believe that creativity knows no bounds, and I am always seeking new ways to express myself through different mediums.

I am incredibly excited to graduate in Spring 2024 and continue growing Zevanna Design. If you're in need of top-quality graphic design services that prioritize customer satisfaction and a positive experience, look no further. I can't wait to connect with you and bring your design dreams to life.

Thank you for stopping by our website, and I hope to work with you soon!

Hey everyone!

I am thrilled to share a little bit about myself with you all. My name is Sarah, and I am living my best life here in Central Texas with my husband and our four furry friends. I am a proud Beauty Influencer with Farmasi and an Independent Scentsy Consultant. I am also a passionate horse instructor, and I dedicate my time to teaching others the joy of riding.

In addition to all of that, I am a tech enthusiast. I have a knack for fixing computers, tablets, phones, and anything else tech-related. It's a skill that I am proud of and always happy to help others with.

In my free time, I love to indulge in my hobbies. Photography is a huge passion of mine, and I find so much joy in capturing beautiful moments. I also love to read, bake, and play video games. These activities bring me so much happiness and fulfillment.

I am also Deaf, and I am proud to be a part of a community that embraces diversity and supports one another. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and the people I have met along the way.

As we move into the new year, I am excited for what lies ahead. I hope to continue growing in my career, pursuing my passions, and connecting with amazing people like you. Here's to a fantastic year ahead!
